eSheet is the sole owner of the information
collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or
rent this information to others in ways different from
what is disclosed in this statement. eSheet collects
information from our users at several different points
on our web site.
Contacting Us
A client is requested to give their contact
information (such as name and email address). This information
is used to contact the client about services, products
and quotes. Any correspondance between any company participating
in any of the services offered by eSheet., will remain
strictly confidential at all times.
Orders
Upon a client placing an order with eSheet,
the client's information is kept confidential and is
not sold, passed on or exchanged with any third party unless necessary to solely facilitate the processing and delivery of an order or for use in completion of statutory annual accounts. In these circumstances only the customer name, address, delivery address and contact phone number may required to complete and deliver the order.
Any and all corespondance is kept confidential. Payment
details, such as bank accounts, credit card details
etc are not kept by eSheet once payment has cleared
or the payment method is made to a third party.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the
user's hard drive containing information about the user.
For the forseeable future, eSheet has no intentions
of using cookies in any form to track information for
any purpose, to collect personal information on individual
users or for the purposes of selling or exchanging information
on individual users to third parties. Some of our business
partners use cookies on their own sites (for example,
advertisers). However, we have no access to or control
over these cookies. eSheet reserves the right to use
cookies at some point in the future for the purposes
of enhancing the user experience should it wish to do
so. Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends,
administer the site, track user's movement, and gather
broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP
addresses are not linked to personally identifiable
information. Our log files also register Operating Systems
and browsers used by visitors when accessing this site,
our log files are strictly used by employees only to
view user trends and make improvements where necessary.
Sharing
We will not share or sell aggregated demographic
information with our partners and advertisers. We have no social media interaction and do not use any social media within our business. |

A backup of all data under the control of eSheet is made at regular intervals, is encrypted and stored in the company safe and are also biometrically encrypted. Only two employees of eSheet has regular access to this stored backup data. We will not transfer any personal data we collect from you to a destination outside of the Euroean Economic Area
Retention Periods
We will keep information you provide to us when you contact us inn respect of an enquiry ( in cases where we do not have a business relationship with you or your employer/business) for 3 years from the date on which we finish dealing with your query. We will keep information you provide to us to enable us to supply our products and services to you or your employer/business for the period during which we supply our products and services and for a period of up to 6 years thereafter.
